Types of hand sanitizer
According to the use form and product characteristics, hand sanitizer can be generally divided into the following types.
Ordinary hand sanitizer
Mainly plays a role in cleaning and decontamination, but does not claim to have bactericidal or bacteriostatic effects. The current product standards are GB / T 34855-2017 "Hand Sanitizer", QB / T 2654-2013 "Hand Sanitizer".
Special hand sanitizer
Also known as anti-bacterial hand sanitizer, in addition to surfactants, antibacterial or antibacterial ingredients are added to the formula. In addition to decontamination and cleaning, it can also kill bacteria or inhibit the growth of bacteria. The current product standards mainly include GB 19877.1-2005 "Special Hand Sanitizer".
General disposable hand sanitizer
No water washing is needed after use, and the disposable hand sanitizer generally implements enterprise standards.
Disposable hand sanitizer
Refers to the addition of active ingredients and skincare ingredients to the product, and does not wash with water after using the product to kill pathogens in the hands. Since it is a hand disinfection product, the product should meet GB27950-2011 "Hand Sanitizer Hygiene Requirements".
Precautions for use
1. Remember to wash your hands before eating, after going to the toilet, going home, touching garbage, and petting animals. When washing hands, pay attention to washing with running water and hand sanitizer, and the time of rubbing is not less than 20 seconds.
2. Under normal circumstances, ordinary hand sanitizer and antibacterial hand sanitizer can meet the daily cleaning needs of ordinary citizens' hands.
3. It is not recommended to use disposable hand sanitizer as a conventional hand cleaning method. Try to use it only when there is no water.
4. In some public places, the hand sanitizer is diluted and used in order to save costs, so that both the sterilization ability and the cleaning ability are greatly reduced, so do not dilute the hand sanitizer.
